Every Claude Plushy is made to order, so please read this before you buy. Questions? Email hello@claudeplushy.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t entered production. After that, the order is already being made and can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your plush arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to ship the original back.
Change-of-mind returns
If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused, undamaged plush within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we ask that it arrive in resellable condition.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
