Each plush is made to order, so there’s a short wait while yours is produced and sent.
Production & delivery time
Orders ship in roughly 1–3 weeks from purchase. That window covers making your plush and getting it on its way. We’ll always reach out if anything is running long.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. If you’re elsewhere and want one, email hello@claudeplushy.com — we’re expanding.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout.
Costs & delays
Shipping within the United States is free — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands — we can’t control carrier or weather delays, but we’ll help you chase anything that goes missing.
